At Uncharted Creators.com, we take pride in crafting customized, engraved, and imprinted products tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns or issue refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- There is an error in the imprinting or engraving that differs from the customer’s submitted request.
Returns for any other reason, including change of mind or customer input errors, are not accepted.
2. Return Process
A. Requesting a Return Authorization
To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization from our Returns Department within 10 days of receiving the product. Contact us at returns@unchartedcreators.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrectly engraved product
- A brief description of the issue
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
B. Returning the Merchandise
Once approved, customers must:
- Ship the product back in its original condition and packaging.
- Use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Cover the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
3. Refunds & Replacements
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will:
- Issue a refund to the original payment method or
- Provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receipt. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or replacements in cases where:
- The customer provided incorrect spelling, design specifications, or customization details.
- The return request was submitted after 10 days of receipt.
- The item is not returned in its original condition.
